Barn Features:

• two large hot/cold wash stalls (w/ cross ties)

• fans are allowed during the summer for a small monthly fee

 

Stall Features:

• 12 x 12 spacious stall

• automatic waterers

• corner feeders

• large window with a great scenic view

• cleaned daily

• shavings provided

 

Feed/Supplements/Medicine:

• Quality feed and hay are served according to your horse’s individual needs

• Supplements and dewormers are dispensed, but provided by the owner

• All horses must follow recommended shot and dewormer programs

 

Pasture:

• 5 (5+ acre) dedicated pastures filled with lush green grass

• Automatic water wells located in each pasture

 

Daily turn in/out seasonal schedule:

• Summer months - horses are in during the day and turned out nightly

• Winter months - horses are in at night and if temperature allows they are turned out in the cool sunny weather during the day

• Specific schedules will be accommodated

 

Riding Areas

• Large, spacious arena equipped for:

  • jumps

  • barrels

  • lessons

  • dressage  

• Multiple trails
